Ingredients
- 4golden type apples
- 30gof Organic blond sugar
- 20gCornstarch
- 2puff pastry
- 1egg
- 1Ceylon Cinnamon Box
Preparation tips
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Peel and cut the apples into cubes. Put them in a saucepan with 10 cl of water, cinnamon and sugar, cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the cornstarch mixed with 5 cl of water (1/4 glass), and stir for 1 minute over the heat until it thickens.
- Unroll 2 puff pastries and flatten them slightly with a rolling pin. Cut each pastry into 4 to form a sort of rounded triangle.
- Place 2 large tbsp of filling in the center of a triangle, brush the edges with water then place another triangle on top. Seal with your fingers, then press with a fork all around. Brush the top with the beaten egg, make 3 lines with a knife on the top, and a small hole so that the steam can escape.
- Bake for 30 minutes and let rest a little before eating so as not to burn yourself with the compote!
